Each person holds so much power within themselves that needs to be let out. Sometimes they just need a little nudge, a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the greatest things can happen - Pete Carroll.

Who We Are

Mystics Trampoline and Gymnastics Club was founded in 2018 by our head coaches Maria and Hayley.

Combined they have over 20 years coaching experience across three gymnastic disciplines and rebound therapy. 


They have also developed a successful trainee  program to help gymnasts into coaching. The program has seen 9 of our gymnasts qualify as assistant coaches since 2017.


They founded Mystics with the aim of making Trampolining and Gymnastics more accessible for everyone, believing it should be an all inclusive sport. 

Award Schemes

Giving our gymnasts something to work towards is a great motivator. That's why we have developed award schemes in pre-school, trampolining, air track and gymnastics. 

Testing for these awards will take place termly for Gymnastics, and will be ongoing for Trampolining.

Team

We believe experience and enthusiasm are key to delivering great sessions, thats why we only have like minded coaches on our team. 

All of our coaches are DBS checked and have qualifications in safeguarding.

Trainee Program

Our trainee program was developed to give coaches to be real experience within the gym. 


The program runs for 12 months and combines practical coaching experience with coaching theory to give participants a full overview of what is expected and prepare them for their assessments.
